Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast (deboned chicken thigh if you prefer)

  • Marinade (a):
  • 5g salt

  • 1.5 tsp mixed herbs

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • For breading (b):
  • 50g regular flour

  • 1 egg

  • 35g Breadcrumbs

  • 35g powdered parmesan cheese
